雙子星開發案　中工：等市府通知

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北地檢署今天對太極雙星案弊案起訴台北市議員賴素如等4人。雙子星開發案第二順位申請人中工能否順利遞補與市府議約，中工總經理蔡維力說，對已進入司法程序的案件不予評論，不過，中工的態度不變，仍在積極準備等市府通知議約。

業界觀察，北市府當初表明，雙子星開發案若無官員涉案，將採遞補方式重新啟動，檢調今日正式起訴賴素如等人，北市府官員目前也未涉案，市府應該會有所作為。
