薄熙來遭起訴　陸專家：恐遭判死緩

【綜合報導】中國重慶市前市委書記薄熙來今日遭到提起公訴，有中國法律專家謝通祥就認為，薄熙來恐遭判死緩。

謝通祥表示，薄熙來所面對的受賄罪、貪污罪、濫用職權罪及涉案金額成立，已達到中國刑法的死刑標準，不過如果其存在坦白、退贓等情節，極有可能被判死刑、緩期執行。

此外，外界也有人認為，中國官方公布薄熙來的貪污賄款為約達1.1億元台幣，由於此金額比日前被判處死刑緩刑的前鐵道部長劉志軍貪污數字低出許多，外界預測薄被判處的刑期只會在15年至無期之間。劉志軍貪污金額約達2.8億元台幣。
