在韓元兌美元走升下，新台幣兌美元匯價24日盤中一度升值7分，來到29.85元，但由於台積電發放股息，外資匯出，加上尾盤中央銀行阻升之下，終場新台幣兌美元以29.942元作收、貶值2.2分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量5.73億美元。

亞洲主要貨幣兌美元早盤多呈現升值走勢，其中韓元一度來到1112韓元兌1美元，人民幣兌美元中間價也呈現升值，不過，之後日圓從99回貶至100日圓兌1美元，星幣也走弱。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士表示，新台幣兌美元匯價24日也呈現先升後貶，以29.92元平盤開出後，在韓元兌美元走揚，加上出口商拋匯，新台幣盤中一度升至29.85元、升值7分。

不過，匯銀人士表示，由於台積電發放股息，外資有匯出，加上尾盤央行進場阻升，新台幣兌美元終場翻貶，最後以29.942元作收、貶值2.2分。
