55歲婦自刺腳趾水泡　釀感染潰爛要截肢

【綜合報導】中國江蘇常州一名55歲婦女，1個多月前左腳第一隻腳趾磨了個小水泡，她用針挑破後，傷口一直流出分泌物，她到藥店買了酒精棉球消毒。沒想到傷口潰爛嚴重，第二隻腳趾也發黑壞死，她還發高燒，狀況越來越嚴重，這個月18日還得到醫院進行截肢手術。

醫生表示，原來這名女子有糖尿病，血管病變導致皮膚潰瘍和壞死。她當日到醫院求診，醫生已立即予以抗感染治療，但因時間過長，其左腳動脈已完全閉塞，潰爛癒合無望，只能截肢。
