社區互助教保 團體提建議

立委吳宜臻及陳其邁今天邀集民間團體及官方代表舉辦「社區互助教保服務」公聽會，會後做出三項決議。

第一，教育部應於社區互助式教保服務實施辦法中摒除限定族群 等不符幼照法第10條精神相關規定。第二，教育部與原民會應邀集相關部門，擬定自治部落審議機制辦法，以維繫非營利社區互助式教保服務之精神。第三，社區互助式教保服務實施辦法中對使用空間、人數上限及學區限制等，不符社區互助精神的相關規定應重新修正。
