標題[請問] 車位出租想提前解約

我是大樓住戶，今年5月底將車位租給鄰居，當初只簽一份簡單的租賃契約 (文具店買的)，原本協議每月20日匯款到我的帳戶，6月份拖了好幾天才付了現金，7月份卻聯絡不上也沒繳款。據了解她出了一點狀況，我想跟她提前解約，麻煩的是，現在找不到人而且她的車還停在我的車位上，想詢問各位高手，該如何處理這個情形呢？ PS.租賃契約第四條寫「租金應於每月20日以前繳納，每次應繳1個月份乙方不得藉詞拖延」，第十四條「如有違背任何條件，甲方得隨時解約收回」，請問我可以據此要求提早解約嗎？會有什麼法律責任嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.103.35
