北市老屋新生大獎徵件　最高獎金25萬元

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】由台北市都市更新處主辦的「2013老屋新生大獎」於明日起至9月16日徵件，獎金最高25萬元。

台北市都市更新處為推動都市改造，鼓勵市民主動進行老舊建築居住與環境改善，自2001年起，舉辦都市空間改造系列活動。今年以「2013老屋新生大獎」為題，除了延續往年發掘及獎勵北市優良老屋新生作品外，也推出相關導覽、講座等系列活動，讓民眾參與。

只要在去年6月30日前完工且合法使用的台北市公、私有建築物整建維護改善案例及配合指定提出整建維護具創意的案例皆可報名，最高獎金25萬元。
