害新幹線晚發2分鐘　日天皇道歉

【綜合報導】根據日本媒體報導，日本天皇因為自己的一個行程，導致新幹線遲到2分鐘，耽誤到其他旅客乘車時間，他為此感到相當內疚，也對國民表達抱歉。

據了解，本月4日日本天皇和皇后原定搭乘新幹線，前往311災區視察，天皇搭乘車隊從皇宮出發後，在前往新幹線的路上遇上一個吊車車隊，天皇指示先讓吊車通行，沒想到耽誤到搭乘新幹線的行程，讓新幹線多等2分鐘，也影響其他旅客的乘車時間。

天皇得知後，表示非常抱歉內疚，已經指示宮內廳，未來有出訪行程一定要提前出發。
