好消息！周末沒有颱風來攪局，預計全台各地都會是穩定的好天氣，很適合外出走走、從事戶外活動，只需要注意午後陣雨，另外天氣回復到典型夏季的高溫炎熱，外出活動記得多補充水分嚴防中暑。

氣溫部分，北部高溫來到35度，南部地區也有34度，建議外出一定要準備像是大草帽可以遮陽，防曬乳要準備係數高一點、太陽眼鏡切記要黑色或棕色的防紫外線效果最佳，也才不會傷眼睛。
