因為先前看到徵新光有在徵組訓專員，所以就投了履歷~~~ 後來有收到他們的初試面談通知，但因為目前還有工作~~~ 而面談時間下星期三中午過後，所以很猶豫要不要去而今天也要回覆他們是否參加面試所以想請問有人知道新光的組訓專員主要是在做什麼的嗎? 官網寫著... 1.規劃/執行各種教育訓練 2.蒐集/分析保險商品相關資料 3.計劃/執行各種業務行銷活動 4.業務績效分析 5.規劃訂定獎勵辦法最後會去做業務嗎? 另外，他們的在發出初試面談通知的時候，就會先刪除一些人嗎? 還是只要有投履歷就會找你去面試呢? 希望知道的人，能夠回答一下，謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 117.56.246.233
