我國中高齡勞參率　亞洲4小龍最低

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】勞委會主委潘世偉今引用經建會數據指出，國內中高齡人口快速增加，但中高齡者勞動力參與率(就業者和正在找工作的人佔民間人口比率)與各國比較仍偏低，分析2011年國際數據，台灣45到64歲勞動力參與率為60.4%，低於日本75.8%、新加坡73.9%、南韓72.5%、香港65.6%。  

潘世偉說，他日前到德國BMW工廠參觀，當地也邁入中高齡化，員工平均年齡達50歲，但公司透過降低置物架、改善工作流程等職務再設計的方式，讓員工能繼續在職場工作，「員工的健康就是企業的健康」。
