食品檢驗行動車　最快年底上街

【沈能元／台北報導】全台首部「食品檢驗行動車」今正式啟動，最快年底將至各大校園、市場，快篩肉類、蔬果、乳品等是否過量殘留各種抗生素、瘦肉精等，為食品安全把關。  

由生技業者捐贈給台北市的這部車，價值超過200萬元，車上裝置逾40種常見動物用藥的殘留檢測套組與快速檢測試劑，初步規劃將開往學校、果菜市場、肉品批發市場等地，針對水產品、雞蛋、生乳、蔬菜及肉類等食品，檢驗瘦肉精萊克多巴胺與16類抗生素等常見殘留毒物。
