輕颱直奔福建 氣象局解除警報

輕颱西馬隆在今(18)日上午11時30分位置在鵝鑾鼻西方260公里海面，正向西北移動，氣象局同時解除颱風警報。

第8號颱風西馬隆(Cimaron)上午11時30分位置在鵝鑾鼻西方260公里海面，以時速18公里速度，向西北移動。因此，氣象局同時解除西馬隆的颱風警報。

但受外圍環流影響，今日臺東地區（含綠島、蘭嶼）及恆春半島有局部豪雨或大豪雨，花蓮、宜蘭、南部地區及嘉義山區及澎湖、金門有局部大雨或豪雨。午後中部以北地區有局部大雨發生的機率，注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲，低窪地區小心淹水。另外，外島地區仍要小心大雨。
