中華民國全國中小企業總會理事長林慧瑛今（18）日表示，兩岸簽署服務貿易協議不應算是一個威脅，像美容美髮、小吃業這種區域性的的服務業，外資要來取代也不是那麼容易，但也期盼政府在推動各項經濟政策措施時，要多多注意對中小企業的衝擊，就可以避免業界對政府措施的疑慮。

中小企業總會今日召開會員大會暨國家磐石關懷獎章頒獎典禮，包括副總統吳敦義、行政院長江宜樺、經濟部長張家祝，以及陳瑞隆、施顏祥等多位前財經首長均到場參與，現場氣氛熱絡。

總會理事長林慧瑛在致詞時也提到業界相當關心的服貿協議，她表示，兩岸簽署服貿協議，未嘗不是一個創業的機會，不應算是一個威脅，例如美容美髮、小吃業這種區域性的、社區型的服務業，其實，外資要來取代也不是那麼容易。

林慧瑛指出，台灣是小規模的經濟體，免不了會受到全球化趨勢的影響，台灣的產業政策若是能提升更堅強的主體性和競爭力，業者對開放就沒有那麼擔心，同時，她也期盼政府在推動各項經濟政策措施的時候，要多多關心中小企業的心聲，多多注意一下對中小企業的衝擊，就可以避免業界對政府措施的疑慮。
