國防部：媒體報導洪案懲處係屬高層人事鬥爭 絕非事實

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北十八日電）針對某電視台引述某立法委員助理指「洪仲丘案人員懲處名單中，懲處層級最高至陸軍司令李上將，有違常理，應係屬高層人事鬥爭」情事，國防部今日嚴正表示，該說法「無中生有」，國防部深表遺憾。

　國防部指出，本部曾於七月十二日發布新聞稿說明，七月十一日洪案懲處建議聯審會議，出席人員計有國防部相關聯參單位主管，陸軍司令部副司令、政戰主任等亦在現場，懲處名單均經討論、議決。所謂「人事鬥爭」乙說，絕非事實。
