林口OUTLET簽約　戶外購物廣場三年後誕生

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市選在林口一處6.74公頃土地興建北台最大OUTLET廣場，經兩年招商，今天上午正式與日本三井執行董事共同簽約，日本三井計畫投資54.5億元，興建4萬5千坪戶外購物中心，可享受在自然風吹拂下逛街的樂趣，完工後估可提供兩千名就業機會。
 
該案新北市採BOT模式經營，三井獲建物經營權50年，新北市則估計可獲權利金65.9億元，明年初動工後預計三年完工
