攜98公分長武士刀登機　美空手道師不起訴

【胡守得／台北報導】美國空手道師B.S.，本月初受金門縣金城國中空手道夏令營邀請，前往表演、訓練，一路攜刀刃長69公分、刀柄長29公分的已開鋒武士刀連闖國際機場無事，不料自松山機場起飛金門前，被認為違反槍砲彈刀條例送辦，台北地檢署認為，B.S.確實受邀而帶刀，因國情不同而觸法，今天偵結將他職權不起訴。
 
美國武士道空手道協會（簡稱ABKA）本月初首度到金門舉辦「空手道夏令營」，派遣B.S（已出境）等多人來台，並自松山機場轉機，B.S因在託運行李中被發現列管的武士刀而觸法，但檢察官認為，B.S受邀來台與公益有關，攜刀觸法純因國情不同，情節尚屬輕微，將他所涉罪嫌處分不起訴。
