氣象局11點30分正式解除海警 並同步發布豪雨特報

【王玉樹／台北報導】氣象局今正式於上午11:30 解除西馬隆海上颱風警報。但因應颱風外圍環流影響，也同步發布豪雨特報，今天台東、恆春半島有局部豪雨或大豪雨，花蓮、宜蘭、南部地區及嘉義山區及澎湖、金門有局部大雨或豪雨，中部以北午後有局部大雨。

明天隨著太平洋高壓逐漸西伸，降雨的區域也會開始減少，各地大多為晴朗高溫的天氣，東南部地區仍有局部短暫陣雨，其他地區都是午後局部短暫雷陣雨。
