【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘受害枉死，今天又有一位正義同袍出面聲援！

這位同袍鄭博元受訪表示，連長（徐信正）就是一個被士官范佐憲與陳以人操控的人，洪仲丘案中，就是這兩個人從中作梗，讓連長辦也不是不辦也不是。

鄭博元說，他有跟連長通過電話，連長說原本是不想辦的，但這幾位士官一直去要求他一定要辦，加上仲丘可能想說自己要退伍了態度比較囂張一點，最後這兩名士官，加上吳姓輔導長、副連長共4個人，「要求連長一定要辦這個人」。

鄭博元說，沒想到這兩名士官「加速流程」，「連長始料未及」。
