懷孕被炒致流產 中國女研修生獲判賠償

日本一名中國女研修生（日本為解決廉價勞動力不足而向中國吸納的工人），但因懷孕而遭到解雇，令她飽受打擊而流產。她控告僱用她的食品加工廠，17日獲判勝訴，廠方須支付以每月11萬日圓（約3.3萬元台幣）計算，拖欠至今的薪資，而負責的仲介公司明知有可能流產的情況下，仍要將她立即送回國也有責任，判一次賠償363萬日圓（約109萬元台幣）。

22歲的紀莎莎去年12月透過仲介公司，到日本富山市一家食品加工廠工作。今年6月，工廠發現她懷孕而解僱她，更要求她立即回中國。法院表示，因為懷孕而要求即時回國有違日本技能實習制度的宗旨，解僱是不正當的。
