【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】日本電子產品廠NEC原本計劃，與其個人電腦合資事業夥伴聯想（lenovo）合作重整智慧手機業務，但傳因雙方出資比率等條件無法達成共識，合作計劃告吹，NEC有意退出虧損的智慧手機業務。

據《日本經濟新聞》報導，2012年底以來，NEC與聯想就已針對智慧手機業務合作進行磋商，但合作計劃告吹，NEC自認無力單獨維持現有的智慧手機業務，因此計劃轉而聚焦傳統功能手機，並出售部分手機相關專利，退出智慧手機市場。
