文林苑案 郝：仍開放協商

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北17日電）文林苑案王家提起再審訴訟遭最高行政法院駁回，台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，若王家仍有意願，協商平台依舊開放。

郝龍斌、潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑今天共同出席「安康社區D基地公營住宅」開工動土儀式，郝龍斌在會後接受媒體聯訪時，做出上述表示。

他表示，因為最高行政法院判決已定讞，台北市政府判決勝訴，依照法院判決及尊重司法，拒遷戶王家是規劃在都市更新範圍之內，北市府已發出許可，允許實施者樂揚建設進場進行部分施工。

郝龍斌說，當初文林苑案協商平台所做的各項建議仍然有效，北市府希望透過這個平台，若他們仍有意協商，此平台依舊開放。1020717
