標題[問題] 離職要求身分證影本

今天告知老闆只做到月底要離職老闆馬上跟我要身分證影本我問他說要幹麻 "我們的員工都要留資料啊" 這句話在離職時才說真的很奇怪我錄取的當下不跟我要要離職才跟我拿我是記得店家要保留員工打卡記錄可是不確定需不需要身分證影本我在這只是兼職一週只上2天一天4小時沒投勞健保隔月直接領現我交身分證影本上面的加註如他所說打 "影本僅供OO公司做員工資料用途之用" 這樣可以嗎請有經驗的人告知了謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.159.44
