【短片】輕颱西馬隆來襲　東南部防強降雨

【綜合報導】輕颱西馬隆生成，氣象局已經發布海上颱風警報。目前輕台西馬隆已經走到巴士海峽上，每小時17公里朝西北方向前進。氣象局預報科科長謝明昌表示，由於西馬隆颱風外圍環流寬廣，所以今天就會開始影響台灣。台東、綠島、蘭嶼、恆春半島、屏東及花蓮，都要慎防瞬間強降雨。
