洪案律師要閱卷 國防部：不影響偵辦均可

【黃揚明／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，洪家義務律師邱顯智今天說，因擔心軍檢以偵查不公開為由掩蓋事實，且軍事審判軍方球員兼裁判，因此希望國防部能讓律師調閱行政調查相關資料，以便調查事件真相。

國防部總督察長室張玉龍少將回應，只要不影響偵辦都可調閱。

邱顯智指出，目前軍檢呈現報紙報到哪裡，才辦到哪裡的狀況，且相關行政調查資訊都來自軍方片面說法，應由監察院或立法院組一個調查小組介入調查，才能維持軍事審判公正性。
