綠委爆 禁閉室戒護士官僅受3天訓練

【黃揚明／台北報導】陸軍爆發下士洪仲丘枉死案，綠委薛凌今爆料指出，軍方派任的禁閉室戒護士官專業不足，僅接受3天訓練課程就有資格，「簡直是拿人命開玩笑！」

薛凌指出，以往師旅級單位若有憲兵連或憲兵排，禁閉室是由曾在憲兵學校受過8周「戒護士訓」、並由獲得證書的「正牌軍」士官擔任戒護、操練任務，但因精進案、再精進案及精粹案實施，部隊憲兵大裁編，禁閉室戒護工作改由軍團或旅級單位指派資深士官支援，形同「雜牌軍」。

她說，軍方應說清楚講明白，為何捨正牌軍不用，而讓雜牌軍擔任禁閉戒護工作。
