重慶公司設「情緒假」　心情差可休息

【綜合報導】心情差也可請假不上班，根據《重慶商報》報導指出當地一家網站公司，允許員工以情緒不佳的理由請假，一名朱小姐就在自己的微博表示，由於自己情緒不佳，向公司請了一天假，沒想到竟獲得了批准，還是帶薪休假。

網友們就戲稱這是「情緒假」，這家公司的主管表示，「情緒假」是體恤員工的一種方式，也是為了公司長久效益。
