充行動電源的usb充電器過熱

我最近添購行動電源

1.容量5200mA.
2.input : DC 5V 1A
3.output : DC 5V 1.5A

為了充這行動電源又買了usb充電器(方塊型)
規格為
input : 110~240V 50/60Hz 0.6A
output : DC 5V 1A

選購usb充電器(方塊型)的時候,還特別依行動電源使用說明,要求要有(BSMI )認證的DC 5V 1A規格,不過使用幾次後發現只要開始充行動電源沒多久,usb充電器(方塊型)的溫度就不斷飆高,反而行動電源主體沒啥溫度.

請問有人碰過這種問題嗎?
不清楚問題是出在是 usb充電器 or 行動電源?
