【短片】蘇力吹倒「宜蘭餅」　雨淹籃球場

【潘岳、林泊志／宜蘭報導】中颱蘇力帶來狂風暴雨，肆虐宜蘭地區，截至今天上午7時，該縣多達29415戶停電，台電工程人員正全力搶修中。

中山路一間名產店的大型招牌也掉在路中央，擋住往來車輛，宜蘭縣府人員一早趕到清除；宜蘭河濱公園籃球場等部分低窪地區，因大雨淹水，一片滿目瘡痍。
