蘇力颱風上午8時從新竹出海　強度持續減弱

【綜合報導】中央氣象局最新預報，蘇力颱風凌晨3時於三貂角登陸後，於上午8時從新竹出海，中心位置目前位在新竹西南西方約10公里之海面上，向西北移動，過去3小時受地形影響，強度持續減弱，暴風圈仍籠罩臺灣各地及澎湖、馬祖、金門地區，各地風雨持續中。
