宜蘭近3萬戶停電　路樹廣告看板倒塌嚴重

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】在中颱蘇力所帶來狂風暴雨肆虐下，迄今天上7午時止，目前造成宜蘭縣多達29415戶停電，台電工程人員正全力搶修中，許多道路更是被連根拔起或攔腰折斷路樹、遭吹毀廣告看板佔據路面，部分低窪地區也因大雨淹水，一片滿目瘡痍慘象，幸運的是未有人員傷亡意外傳出。
