蘇力發威吹翻油罐車　中山高北上內湖出口大塞車

【黃仲瑜／台北報導】蘇力颱風的威力實在太可怕了！國道中山高速公路北上方向接近堤頂交流道附近，凌晨近1時左右發生大型油罐車疑遭強風吹翻事件，遭吹翻的油罐車橫擋住三個車道，造成北上方向全線大塞車，車潮回堵近1公里，警方正全力排除中。
