申請網路...等不到線路

我公司在桃園蘆竹這邊(好事多旁)
最近申請光纖...申請將近2週都沒來安裝

撥電話詢問isp業者,答案是要等線路(說公司這棟大樓線路用完)
我是申請SO-NET...後來乾脆換家(SEENET)...結果還是一樣

ISP業者都說是中華電信問題

後來有詢問中華...答案是...有可能等到1-2年
聽到真是快暈了

政府不是常常說網路都弄得很好

怎麼我現在是在市區要申請光纖都申請不到...

有人遇到這狀況嗎
