陸配組黨與國民黨合作？　綠委：政治勒索

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸配組成的「中華生產黨」擬揮軍立院，民進黨立委陳其邁表示，依據《國籍法》規定，中華民國國籍取得外國國籍者，不得擔任中華民國公職，但台灣與中國互不承認國籍狀況下，《兩岸人民關係條例》規範，陸配在台設有戶籍滿10年者可組黨並擔任公職；不過，若真的清查戶籍，許多陸配根本未放棄中國戶籍，恐連選舉資格都不符。

陳其邁也指出，「中華生產黨」旨在促進兩岸統一，已違背《憲法增修條文》規定，政黨目的或行為危害中華民國的存在或自由民主憲政秩序者為違憲，大法官可組憲法法庭解散政黨。陳其邁認為，依照盧月香說法將與國民黨交換席次，這根本是政治勒索，任何政黨都不應該接受。
