如題,房東忽然來電說現在房價不錯,想要把房子賣掉 也詢問房客有沒有意願想要把房子買下來 請問如果有意願買下的話,需要注意什麼嗎? 除了價錢協商以外,有哪些比較特別小心的嗎? 如果沒有要買下的話,應該要談哪些條件保障自己? 第一次發文,不熟悉,還請各位多多幫忙,謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.153.46
