週末假期依舊很熱！中央氣象局今（5）日表示，未來一週的天氣和這幾天大致相同，各地多為晴到多雲、高溫炎熱的天氣，最高溫都可來到33到35度之間，而台北受到都市熱島效應影響，溫度有機會上探36度。而受到西南風的影響，週六、週日（6日、7日）中部以北、宜蘭、花蓮局部地區有機會出現午後短暫雷陣雨，南部、台東也有機會出現局部短暫陣雨。

此外，氣象局表示，下週一至週四（8日到11日）風向再次轉變為偏東風，加上南邊也有一些水氣帶上來，所以台東有局部短暫陣雨，西半部地區則維持午後局部短暫雷陣雨的天氣型態，宜蘭、花蓮地區則轉為多雲到晴的天氣，各地氣溫方面則變化不大。

氣象局提醒，白天太陽強的時候，民眾應儘量避免外出曝曬太長的時間，以防止中暑和紫外線的傷害，如從事戶外活動，應注意防曬、多補充水分。
