獨家／行政院「院鳥」忙視察 咕咕聲伴江揆辦公

一隻暗光鳥（夜鶯）5日下午在行政院側門的天津街上現蹤，這隻鳥在行政院生兒育女，有行政院「院鳥」之稱，所發出的聲音，還吸引到行政院長江宜樺的注意。

這隻夜鶯在行政院院區出沒，許多媒體記者都見過，政院的警衛也都認識牠，但常來不及捕捉到牠的蹤影。

政院幕僚說，牠通常是用走的，不太飛，在院區裡生兒育女、到處巡視，最近視察的範圍愈來愈大，已經擴及旁邊的警政署，因此有「院鳥」的封號。

幕僚還說，這隻鳥常在傍晚的時候，在行政院前的花圃乘涼，連院長都注意到牠所發出的咕咕聲，是盡職的政院巡守員。
