建中師生算炸雞排碳量　獲國際認證

【楊惠琪／台北報導】建國中學福利社炸雞排是校內師生的人氣美食，建中學生顏東白、鍾承佑，在老師林聰慧的帶領下，進行「炸雞排碳足跡」調查，發現1塊385公克的炸雞排總計排碳量為695公克，此調查獲得英國標準協會認證，這也是國內首件學校主動進行食品碳盤查的案例。

建中執行國科會高瞻計畫「發展高中綠色能源統整課程之研究計畫」，3名師生以建中人氣美食、也是許多建中人的共同回憶－炸雞排為調查對象，藉由調查炸雞排食材，從產地南投運送到建中，再經過調理後所產生的碳排放量，希望提醒眾人，在享用美食之餘，也能兼顧對環境的影響。
