史上最高　酒駕闖紅燈撞癱人　判賠3370萬

【許淑惠╱台中報導】羅姓工人去年6月和朋友到KTV唱歌喝酒，凌晨1點多騎機車闖紅燈，撞上騎乘機車的32歲何姓男子。何男腦部重創呈現植物人狀態，須終生看護，台中地院判決羅男要賠償醫藥費。看護費，精神慰撫金等共3370餘萬元。創國內車禍案件判賠最高金額。

羅男對何男求償金額沒意見，但表示自己獨居無父母，沒有能力賠償。
