紫外線 已達危險級

上班族歡度小週末，學生快樂過暑假，但今(5)日依然是午後易有雷陣雨的天氣，且中部以北高溫上看36℃，紫外線指數更是相當高，愛美的民眾記得做好防曬，避免曬黑，更避免曬傷或皮膚癌。

今日各地都是上午晴朗炎熱，中午過後可能出現短暫雷陣雨的天氣。南部地區與台東因吹起西南風，早晚會有局部短暫陣雨。

值得注意的是，對流發展旺盛時，可能會有瞬間大雨，並且伴隨著出現雷擊、強陣風與冰雹等現象，請多留意氣象局所發佈的即時天氣訊息，熱愛大自然的民眾，在山區或是溪邊活動更要特別注意安全。

溫度方面，中部以北地區及宜蘭、花蓮的高溫約在34至36℃，南部地區與台東約33℃，紫外線指數多為過量與危險級。
