勞檢34％企業違《勞基法》　不給加班費最多

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】勞委會今天公布上半年全國勞動條件檢查結果，總計檢查5347家企業中，有1830家違法，比率34.2％，和去年全年35.9％差不多。違法項目中以不給加班費616家最多，違法比率11.5％，其次是超時加班426家、8.0％和假日未給加倍工資有342家、6.4％。

以行業別分析，違法比率最高的是藝術、娛樂及休閒服務業，有42.4％業者被檢出違法，其次是住宿及餐飲業40.0％及營造業39.0％。勞委會坦言，企業違反《勞基法》比率仍偏高，會持續執行勞動檢查，違法企業將開罰2萬到30萬元。
