我朋友跟airasia 買機票產生一些糾紛問了消保會回說這是境外公司他們無法處理我想問的是說今天airasia 有從台灣載客到東南亞、日本。政府有許可這間公司在台灣作生意。但發生問題卻說是境外公司無法幫上忙。這對消費者有何保障可言？板上有人知道這類問題該問那個板或是說那個窗口嗎？或是你有類似經驗？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.93.163.121
