高力：零售活耀　忠孝東路變拉麵一條街

【劉曉霞／台北報導】高力國際今天上午公布上半年商辦情況，零售比辦公大樓活耀，尤其是餐飲業者，台中餐廳也來台北找合適點，日本拉麵也紛紛來台擴點，忠孝東路儼然是「拉麵一條街」。

高力國際辦公樓及工業務業服務董事邱秀凰說，歐美不景氣影響，反應到租賃市場，本地市場、亞洲客戶的搬遷需求比歐美外商活耀，使得商辦租金市場續約案比搬遷案多。

邱秀凰說，金融保險業對商辦需求成長近1倍，如中國銀行、中國建設銀行、交通銀行、招商銀行、廣發銀行等，對未來商辦或店面會有不少貢獻，其中中國銀行在台分行已獲利。
