騎鐵馬 沖繩駐台官愛上台灣

〔自由時報記者錢利忠／台北報導〕日本沖繩縣產業振興公社台北事務所所長久高將匡，為體驗台灣文化，騎鐵馬上下班，每天騎20多公里，沿途與路人攀談、問路，他說：「台灣人情味濃，是世界最適合人居的國家！」

39歲的久高將匡說，日本沖繩縣政府在台北設事務所，另有北京、上海、香港等據點。根據沖繩縣民調，有高達7成日本人對台灣有好感，是日本人最喜歡的國家，台北事務所也是沖繩縣政府職員最想被派駐的海外單位。

久高將匡4月攜妻小來台，開始3年駐台任期，為體驗台灣文化，友人建議他騎鐵馬貼近民眾。家住天母的他，5月20日初次上路，此後每天騎鐵馬往返天母東路與松江路，沒想到騎上癮，單趟10多公里路程，以手機APP軟體記錄下最快成績37分9秒，比搭公車還快。

久高將匡說，台灣什麼都好，但民眾愛開快車、鑽車縫，日本人會保持車距，很少隨意變換車道，他開玩笑地說：「每次騎鐵馬都怕被車撞到！」不過，台灣人很友善、熱情，比手畫腳就能化解語言隔閡，退休後考慮移民來台。
