工人酒駕拒測　見警聲請抽血當場反悔

【王勇超／高雄報導】彭姓工人（39歲，有公共危險前科）昨日下班後在工地與同事喝酒，酒後騎車返家途中遭警方攔檢，警方聞到彭男滿身酒味，要求他接受酒測遭拒，帶隊警官委婉告訴彭男拒測需開9萬元紅單，還會被帶去醫院強制抽血酒測，但彭男仍拒絕酒測，還在警方開出的拒測紅單上簽名。彭男直到被帶回派出所，看到警方依程序通報偵察隊向檢察官聲請抽血鑑定許可書，這才發現警方「玩真的！」答應接受呼氣酒測，酒測值達1.08毫克，訊後被依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
