台選手抵保國 備戰國際數學賽

（中央社記者許秩維台北30日電）九章數學教育基金會今天表示，台灣選手已抵達保加利亞的布爾加斯，並投入國際數學競賽的賽前準備，希望能為台灣拿下佳績。

2013年的「國際數學競賽」（BIMC）在東歐保加利亞（Bulgaria）的布爾加斯（Burgas）市舉辦，今年共有來自全世界五大洲、30多國的上千名中小學選手同場競逐，爭取新年度的數學盟主寶座。台灣則由32名小國手（國中16名，國小16名）代表參加。

九章數學教育基金會指出，台灣選手由高雄師範大學進修學院長廖本煌和九章數學教育基金會董事長孫文先領隊，於28日搭機前往保加利亞，經過近30小時的舟車勞頓，於布爾加斯市當地時間29日下午4時抵達比賽場地。

九章數學教育基金會表示，選手們除了興奮地帶著中華民國國旗在當地合影，同時也立即投入嚴密的賽前準備工作，其中團隊競賽及個人賽的最後複習工作、文化之夜的大會傳統舞蹈表演等，希望在國際數學競賽中獲得佳績，為台灣爭光。1020630
