各地晴朗炎熱 北部上看35度

今天各地還是晴朗炎熱的好天氣，北部地區的高溫可來到３５度左右，其他地區的高溫也在３２到３４度附近，只有臺東及恆春半島有局部短暫陣雨，而中午過後，西半部、宜蘭山區及接近山區的平地可能有一些短暫的雷陣雨，在溪邊活動請注意安全。

在這種晴朗高溫的天氣之下，中午前後紫外線指數容易達到過量，甚至危險級，外出最好注意防曬，並多補充水分以避免中暑。

輕度颱風倫比亞，今天清晨2點的中心位置在北緯 14.0 度，東經 121.7 度，以每小時27公里速度，向西北進行，預計對臺灣的影響不是太大。

氣象局預測，未來一週各地晴到多雲、高溫炎熱，最高溫幾乎都在３３到３６度左右，中午前後請盡量避免外出曝曬，以防中暑及紫外線所造成的傷害，戶外活動也請注意防曬並且多補充水分。
