晴朗高溫 午後有雷陣雨

（中央社記者林紳旭台北30日電）中央氣象局表示，今天上午各地為晴朗高溫的天氣，中午時溫度最高，下午有午後雷陣雨。

氣象局說，北部地區高溫可到攝氏35度，其他地方的高溫也在32到34度；中午前後紫外線指數容易達到過量，甚至危險級，外出應注意防曬，並多補充水分以避免中暑。

氣象局指出，今天開始有一些颱風外圍的雲系接近，在台東、恆春半島偶爾會出現局部短暫陣雨；中午過後，西半部、宜蘭山區及接近山區的平地也可能有一些短暫的雷陣雨，但下雨時間不會太長。

氣象局表示，輕度颱風倫比亞通過菲律賓，今天凌晨2時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南方910公里處，以每小時27公里的速度，朝西北方前進，預估對台灣的影響不大。1020630
