北市忠孝醫院竟是海砂屋　隱匿3年罔顧人命

【綜合報導】每年收治40多萬人次病患的台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區竟是海砂屋！據《蘋果》取得的鑑定報告，忠孝院區3年前就被鑑定是海砂屋，去年5月專業建築師事務所更建議應拆除重建，但忠孝院區卻隱匿消息，持續收治病患。消基會與醫改團體痛批罔顧人命，要求忠孝院區立即停止營運。
 
3年前參與鑑定的台灣省土木技師公會理事長施義芳指出，海砂屋因其混凝土氯離子含量高，易使鋼筋生鏽、混凝土崩落，嚴重會倒塌。但相關單位至今仍互踢皮球，營建署、北市建管處均表示醫院非其主管業務，北市衛生局、衛生署則是在《蘋果》告知後才知此事，指會再了解。
