白狼返台警設點盤查　逮捕偷水通緝犯

【陳威叡／台北報導】白狼張安樂今返台投案，其「中華統一促進黨」黨眾也為接機造勢，今天下午1時至4時進行遊行活動，估計有上千人前往參加，遊行過程順利平和圓滿落幕。
 
警方今天嚴陣以待，出動約600名警力前往維持秩序，避免幫派分子藉機滋事,，轄區松山分局也特別在機場周遭設置9處路檢點對遊行民眾進行攔查，查出1名未成年少年為少年法院協尋對象，另攔查1名因偷接水遭通緝的應姓男子（52歲），訊後依違反《自來水法》送辦。
